童雁汝南的作品是围绕着“人”而展开的。他从他身边所能接触到的每一个人开始,通过对其不同形象的现象学式触摸,进入对人“类”的心灵与精神的解剖,这使他的艺术几乎具有了人类学式的田园考察的模式和意义。然而他还不仅关注人类精神史的微观考据,甚至更将其着眼点植入宏观的历史精神之中,以从这种人类活动的经纬交错中寻找自己阐释的坐标。在这个从微观到宏观的巨大空间之中,童雁汝南逐步形成了自己的语言方式,一种既可以面对个体又不断进入历史的主观表达形式。这样,即使在面对每一个个体时,他都能使自己处于一个客观而有利的距离上去考察、分析、思考并再次回到对象之中。他把这样的考证和表现方式与他对现实和历史中的人联系起来,就使他在现实和历史之间建立起一个更具阐释性的空间。
From Microcosmic to Macroscopic
Tong Yanrunan' works outspread from the " people". He can expose everyone surrounding him, through the phenomenological touching of the different images, and entering into the anatomize of the human being's heart and spirit, this make his art almost have an anthropological idyllic survey mode and meaning. He is not only concern about the microcosmic criticism of the history of the human spirit, but even implant it into the macroscopical historical spirit, finding an self-annotation coordinate from human complicated activities. At this tremendous space from the microsmic to the macroscopical, Tong Yanrunan gradually forms his own art language, a subjective expression can both facing the individual and consistently entering into the history. In this condition, when facing to the every individual, he can observe, analyze, think and go back to the object in an objective and advantaged distance. The way he connects this kind of research and behavior with the people in reality and the history, builds a more interpretational space between the reality and the history for him.
However, he is not only concern about the history of the human spirit of the microcosmic criticism, and even the implantation of the national history in this spirit, from human activities with the globe in search of their conflict.
At this tremendous space from the microscopic to the macroscopic, Tong Yan ru'nan forms his own language, a kind of language can both facing the individual and constantly entering into the subjective expressing form of history. Thus, even facing the every individual, he could also make himself study, analysis, think and return to the object in an objective and beneficial distance.
He connects the examinations and expressions with people in reality and history, and this make him build a more explanation space between the reality and history.
